About Jeff Hancher
Jeff Hancher has seen the impact leaders can have when they know how to care for and communicate clearly with their teams. With expertise drawn from military leadership principles and corporate and non-profit leadership experience, his workshops, book, and keynotes equip leaders with the tools to build cultures where conversations build trust rather than destroy it.
Healthy Culture Is Built One
Leadership Conversation at a Time
Jeff has seen that most leaders are not trying to create unhealthy cultures. Many care deeply about their people. They want to be fair. They want to be respected. They want results. But without a practical framework for setting expectations, giving feedback, and following through, even good leaders drift into avoidance, frustration, or inconsistency. Their good intentions lead to delayed conversations, unspoken expectations, and neglected relationships.

A Practical Voice for Leaders Who Want to Lead With Both Clarity and Care
Every person in your company is facing a different challenge, whether financial, physical, or emotional. These moments are opportunities for leaders to speak with clarity and courage, and support people as they seek to be their best. Because Jeff has been the recipient of this type of leadership, he knows firsthand how one conversation can lead to a lifetime of impact. In his hardest moments, Jeff had leaders who had earned the right to speak difficult truths into his life.
Jeff believes that if your company can create a culture that values relationships and accountability, you will cultivate a business that is not only financially successful but also a place people genuinely want to work.
Jeff's Story
Jeff is the USA Today bestselling author of Firm Feedback in a Fragile World, a keynote speaker, and a leadership development expert. Before launching his own company, Jeff spent 20 years in leadership roles at a Fortune 500 company, where he saw firsthand how much culture is shaped by the conversations leaders are willing to have.
What began as a desire to build a better life for his family than the one he experienced as a child growing up in poverty to help leaders create healthier workplaces for the people they serve. Today, Jeff works with companies across the United States to equip their leaders with the tools, habits, and confidence to set clear expectations, strengthen relationships, and hold people accountable in today’s workplace.

Practical Tools,
Not Just a Powerful Message
Jeff’s approach is not built around vague inspiration or one-time motivation. Jeff has lived this type of leadership as an employee, a leader, and now a corporate trainer. His work gives leaders language they can use, habits they can practice, and frameworks they can bring into real conversations with their teams.
